We personally inspect and package each order! We know you are going to love our meat, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Prime Texas Meat Co. order for good reason, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt via email at contact@primetxmeat.com. We will review your order along with any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund. Since we aren’t able to physically access the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the product label and the damage reported.
